Roles and scope
Promaintx AB acts as controller for account, commercial and website data. For conversation and help-centre data processed on a customer's instructions, Promaintx AB normally acts as processor and the customer as controller.
Data we process
We may process account identity and contact details, tenant and configuration data, public help-centre content, conversation transcripts, usage and diagnostic events, billing records, security logs and support communications.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide and secure the service, fulfil contracts, administer billing, respond to requests, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. Depending on context, the legal basis is performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation.
Storage and retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the service, agreed customer instructions, security, accounting and legal requirements. Customers can request deletion or export subject to applicable retention duties.
Suppliers and transfers
Specialist infrastructure, AI, voice, payment and communication suppliers may process data as subprocessors. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for transfers outside the EU/EEA, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. They may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Requests concerning a customer's support conversation should normally be directed to that customer first.
Security and contact
