Service
Maia provides AI-assisted support grounded in customer-provided or publicly available help-centre content. Features, limits and service levels follow the applicable order or plan.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must have rights to the connected content, configure lawful use, provide required visitor notices, manage authorised users and avoid unlawful, harmful or security-testing use without written approval.
AI limitations
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be used as the sole basis for high-risk decisions. Maia is designed to decline unsupported questions, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing configuration and suitability.
Fees and usage
Fees consist of the monthly base price and applicable usage charges. Voice is measured by connected minutes. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Customer-selected limits control new use but do not remove charges already incurred.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service and may perform maintenance, security updates and reasonable product changes. Unless separately agreed, the service is provided without a guaranteed uninterrupted availability level.
Confidentiality and data
Each party protects the other's confidential information. Processing of personal data is governed by the applicable data processing terms and privacy notice.
Term and termination
The agreement continues for the ordered term and may be terminated under the applicable plan or order. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk or overdue undisputed payment after reasonable notice where practicable.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect loss. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event, except where liability cannot legally be limited. Swedish law applies and disputes are resolved by Swedish courts.
